Estou de volta!!! Depois de passar umas quantas semaninhas na mesma posição em frente ao computador, facto que me valeu um valente torcicolo, acabei a tese e já está entregue! Sendo assim só falta defender no dia 22.

E também num dia de relax e passeio, acabámos por ir ao encontro de um congresso mundial de alucinados que acham que são personagens de banda desenhada...que eles são aos montes aqui no Japão eu já sabia...nunca tinhamos era descoberto o ninho deles....
In one of those days of relax we end up finding a international meeting of crazy people that think they are comic caracters (the cosplay metting). Here in Japan they are a lot but we had never found their nest....now we know!

No fim disto tudo tive até direito a fogo de artifício com vista previligiada da minha varanda. Agosto por todo este Japão a fora é mês de "Hanabi" ou seja Flores de fogo....vulgo...foguetes. A malta dedica todo um dia inteiro ao maravilho ritual de se juntar aos magotes (quando digo magotes em muitos dos casos significa mais que toda a população de Lisboa) num descampado que vai ter vista para mais de uma hora de fogo de artifício altamente sofisticado. Todos se vestem de Yukata (Kimono de Verão), levam um leque para se abanicarem durante as largas horas ao sol e um carregamento de qualquer bebida alcoólica para dar combuistivel até a noite chegar. Depois chegando o tão esperado momento são presenteados com um mega "hanabi" de largos minutos, ao qual eles assistem boquiabertos e respondem em coro "AHHHH", "OHHH", "EHHH". Acabado o espectáculo vão todos apanhar o comboio de volta para casa como que sardinhas em lata, e na semana que vem vão ao próximo que houver....sim porque isto é fim de semana sim fim de semana sim até Setembro. Eu fui na onda no primeiro ano...agora assisto da varanda.
In the end of all, I was presented with a fireworks from my balcony to celebrate! In Japan August is the month of "Hanabi" which means Fire Flower...so...fireworks. Every weekend there is fireworks in some area, and since the morning people start to meet in some field where it will be a nice place to see the hanabi, and in their summer kimono (Yukata) and with a lot of alcohol they spend the day with their friends and family whaiting for the so expected firework! When the night takes place they look at it and like a chorus they repeat their "Ahhh", "Ohhh" since it is indeed a spectacular show. I wen the first year I was here but in the end is such a mess that now I prefer to see it on my balcony...
