Nós somos Portugueses pelo Mundo

O programa da RTP "Portugueses pelo Mundo" veio em Dezembro passado fazer uma passagem por Tóquio para a terceira temporada. Apesar de não sermos muitos Portugueses por estas bandas, a produção teve vários interessados em participar e um deles acabou por ser o Miguel. Eu só estive com eles em filmagens uma vez mas deu para perceber muitas coisas interessantes. Primeiro, pela primeira vez vi como se fazem este tipo de programa, e todo o trabalho/cortes/repete/fala mais alto que está por trás para termos o resultado final que gostamos ver na tv. É muito interessante e o trabalho no fim é muito bem conseguido. Claro que de 20 horas de filmagens usam-se 45 minutos por isso muita coisa fica de fora, mas o que interessa mesmo, que é mostrar a cidade e a cultura local isso fica intacto. Segundo, conheci uma face diferente dos Japoneses. Interessados em mostrar o que bom tem o seu país, a sorrir para a câmara e a quererem participar mostraram-me um lado mais socializável e extrovertido do que aquele que costumo ver no meu dia a dia. E terceiro, que ver as pessoas que conhecemos na televisão é mesmo brutal. E no fim eu penso: Vivo em Tóquio!!! Isto é muito á frente!!! Ora vejam....

Last December, the national Portuguese television channel (RTP) came to Tokyo for the filming of this program that shows cities all over the world by the eyes of Portuguese people living there. So despite we are in quite few number in Japan, the production had many participants to be, and one of them was Miguel. he was to one doing all the stuff with them, but I had the chance to participate in one of the parts and I was really impressed by some things. First, for the first time I got to see the work "behind the scenes", all the cuts/repeats/speak louder/etc that are part of this so we have the nice final work we see on tv where 20 hours are compiled in 45 minutes without loosing the original message...that was cool! Second, I got to see Japanese people in a different way...they really like to show their things to the camera (of course if you have the right paper giving you permission for it), they were social and nice and the "camera with a light" effect on them is just amazing! And last...seeing people we know on television is totally awesome!! And by the end of it I think...damn...I live in Tokyo...this is legen...wait for it...dary. Take a look in the videos. yes I know they are all in Portuguese but you get to see the city and that is absolutely worth it!
